New Year Offers a New Approach

Many people make New Years Resolutions about losing weight and for most of us that is a good goal. But what about deciding you want to get STRONGER this year, add muscle in addition to losing fat.



Adding muscle doesn't simply make you look better it allows you to function better day to day whether you have a physically demanding job or you spend time carrying your young children from place to place. Trying managing a 70 pound energetic dog if you are a waif.



Why wait for your significant other to move items from place to place. We know being heavy makes us feel less confident and less energetic, but does starving yourself and looking gaunt really reflect well to others not to mention ourselves?



Make 2012 the Year you get Stronger; you add muscle and you build functional strength endurance. If you want to be a bodybuilder go for it, but as the video below shows, you can add strength without bulk
