Push Ups: the Anywhere Anytime exercise to increase strength

You don't need a gym membership, you don't need to spend a dime for home equipment and this exercise you may have dreaded in gym class can easily help build your upper body strength. Many men ignore this simple exercise to the point where it's pretty easy for you to outperform your significant other if he doesn't regularly work out!

The key to maximize the value of push ups is to do them CORRECTLY. So we've found a video that provides a good primer. In later posts we'll share some free/inexpensive tools that help you build your endurance on these!
